Delivery area

We currently deliver to customers in the United Kingdom only.

Free UK shipping

Standard shipping is free for every order delivered to a UK address. There is no minimum order value and no standard-delivery charge.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 6–9 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery is estimated at 6–9 business days. These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Dispatch and tracking

You will receive an order confirmation after purchase and a dispatch confirmation when your order leaves the dispatch facility. Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided in the dispatch confirmation. Tracking updates can take time to appear.

Delivery costs and origin

Free standard delivery is shown at checkout before payment. Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Delays, addresses and parcel issues

Carrier delays, seasonal demand, weather and events outside our control may affect delivery. Please ensure the delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

If a parcel arrives damaged, appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the delivery estimate, contact support@bearist.store with your order number so that we can investigate with the carrier where appropriate.
