Requesting a return

Contact us at support@bearist.store with your order number, the item to return and the reason for the request. Returns should be requested within 30 days of delivery, unless a different period is required by law.

Return eligibility and costs

Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, with original packaging. The store will cover return postage for approved returns. We will provide return instructions when a request is approved.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs where relevant. We will provide appropriate support in line with your legal rights.

Refunds and exchanges

Once a return is received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 business days, subject to payment-provider processing times. Where an exchange is available, we will explain the options during review.

Non-returnable items

Some items may be excluded from return where permitted by law, such as personalised items, sealed hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed or products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. Any exclusion will be made clear in the product information and will not limit statutory rights.
